The crushed chicken manure is fed to the drying unit through the feeder and dried to a moisture content of 15-20% after being treated with high-temperature hot air. The dried chicken manure is pressed into granules by the granulation unit and finally packed into packaging bags for packaging. The dried chicken manure granules can be directly applied to farmland.
This mobile chicken manure drying and granulation integrated production line is specially designed for small and medium-sized farms and organic fertilizer processing points. It integrates drying, granulation and packaging functions on a mobile trailer platform to achieve rapid deployment and on-site operation of chicken manure resource processing, reduce transportation costs, and avoid secondary pollution of manure.
